Freebie creature discount not triggered

I must be missing something as I can't get the creature from today's artist sale discounted to 100%.
The Genesis 8 male resource should be triggering the discount on the Gigantoraptor as it is an item from one of the featured artists:

along with any Debut New Release, Still New Release, Featured Special Items, or an item from a Featured Artists (other than Eichhorn Art) below & choose

1 of these Featured Daz Original Animal or Creatures for FREE*!

    So you have to buy either Pearl or Leenda (or both), with a (debut) new release (released today), still new release (released yesterday), or an item from featured special item from a featured artist. Everything you need to get that freebie is featured on that PA page.  

    No offence to Eichhorn, but I'm not into those characters, so I won't qualify for the freebie.

    Oh, I totally read that wrong! I mostly focus on male content, so I have to pass as well :(

    Turns out the requirement had been too have an Eichorn character in the cart.
