Leenda - How to install?

Hi,

I bought the figure but fail to install with either Install Manager or DAZ Connect.

Raised a ticket for it.

    You can also unzip the file and copy the contents of the content directory into your "My Daz3D" folder

    Same here. I downloaded the manual installation file and all it contains is the textures.

    Ah ok, In that case a ticket would be the way to go.

    I also can't install Leenda. Will wait and see if alienarea's ticket gets the matter resolved.

    This is ... weird. According to the file list, the textures are all there is: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/54753/file_list

    There's no character file, no way to even apply the textures, nothing.

    I wonder if maybe Daz QA thought that she was supposed to be a merchant resource, and didn't realize that the rest of her wasn't there.

    You should file your own ticket, and you might consider mentioning that the file list is weird. That will make sure that they don't think this is some weird one-off happening, that there's a huge chunk of what's supposed to be there that's actually missing. None of what's listed on the product page is there except for the textures.

    According to the file list, EichornArt's other character, Pearl, looks like everything that's supposed to be there is there, so something went drastically wrong with Leenda.

    The product page refers to head and Body apply/removes and Skin Presets

    Hi - We've fixed an issue with the installer and this should now be resolved.  Please retry your download via your preferred method.  For Connect users, please go toi into Daz Studio > and select "Connect > Update Metadata" and you should see there is an update waiting for install.  :)

    Thanks Kat! I have now successfuly installed this product via DIM. I will close my ticket with DAZ.

    Although now Leenda seems to have lost the introductory discount? (Showing full price in the store)

    Just opened a new thread on this.  I was waiting for the file problem to get resolved now there is a price problem.

    DAZ still need to update the Filelist on the readme page

    as it still only shows texture files

    A question for those of you who have successfully installed her

    does she have separate head and body morphs or are they combined ?
