I got a coupon  that said good for any new release. I went to use it but its says not vaild on some new poses I tried to buy ?

    No, I think you misread. Its only good on Debut new releases

    Oops, Sorry. I missed seeing that yoy had a Debut new Release in your cart.

    You have a space at the beginning of the coupon code. Delete that.

    As far as I can see, not all new releases are Debut New Releases even on their first day. The only way to tell which are is to go to the PA sale page, there is nothing I can see on the product pages to say if they are Debut ot not.

    Well its not working again so Grrr its only 10% but hey it was better than nothing

    Any Ideas whats up with the dazpass coupon? it says it not vailed  I tried it like 50 times

    It is only good on today's Debut new releases.

    If you bought something that was actually in the sale, I would suggest filing a help ticket with customer service. I know that earlier there were some problems if all the purchases were made with store credit; but I think that was resolved.

    I got a tip on trying the code even though I didn't receive it in my message box and it worked. I indeed made that purchase last week with store credit so that explains it.
