i just purchased this Ancient Mystical Forest from content store . the AMF scenes load correctly its just the quality is so poor i am going to ask for a refund unless someone has a solution . I have a very high end computer , monitor , even my video card is a gtx 1080 ti Everything in daz studio looks awesome as i have the pro version . Only this new content looks simply awfull and absolutely not usable . Doesnt matter what iray setting i use its a fail

Awful how? If it's noisy, that is to be expected without a longer render due to the atmospheric effects.
it looks like white snow fluff through the whole scene and it doesnt matter how long the render time is . looks foggy and white fluff , and of course i tried all kinds of render settings . According to the , Any of the promos can be reproduced in minutes by simply loading the respective camera and pressing render. according to the promo

it wont render a single frame whatsoever
It won't render at all, as in the process won't start? Does it give an error message?
well it just stays on the render window and nothing happens but anything else in daz renders fine including single frame or animation and i have animator 2 , as well which is not reallly relavent . i have been using daz products all the way back to 2007 when i first registered and this is not the first time i have had problems with content working properly but usually most content does eventually work , and i have the daz studio pro version which i truly admire how nice it runs on win 10 with 4 k monitor it's outstanding .
Hmm, I'm actually working with the forest right now myself on a scene for a short animation film I'm doing and I am absolutely amazed with how the renders are looking. It starts out with a bunch of white noise as well on mine, but then after about 2000 iterations it goes away. Try turning off the atmospheric dome, that's actually the thing that's probably giving you the most trouble. I have a new gaming computer with a GTX 1080i graphics card in it. I left all the things in the scene alone, except for changing the color temperature of the "sun" to a blue shade for night time, and have populated the scene with something like 6 or 7 Lee 7 characters and a YoYo G8 character. Right now, one frame is taking about an hour and thirty minutes or so to render, which I'm so surprised about since I have so many figures in it, but I can't render it as an image series as it crashes my computer changing to the next frame so I have to render it out frame by frame. I know if I turned off the dome it would render way faster, but it gives a cool effect. I'm at work right now, but when I get home I'll post a still from my sequence here. But try turning off the dome and let us know if that helped at all.
aah thanks for the advice to turn of atmospeheric dome and i forget where i am suppose to find that option to turn off ?
If you go to AMF Lights, then open up the sun pivot, you'll see the atmospheric lights and ambient light dome. That should help out a lot!
I attached a photo here, I hope it shows up this is the first time I'm posting in a forum, of the frame that was rendering while I've been at work. It has the atmospheric dome and lights on but like I mentioned earlier, there's so much I added that it crashes my computer if I do an image series.

"Studio Pro" as a descriptor has been out of use for some time. Are you actually using the latest release build (4.10.0.123)?
It is still possible to have the non-Pro version of DS, by not entering the serial number.

in the about menu i get Version 4.10.0.123 Pro Edition 64 bit so Fastbike1 you are giving out false information saying "Studio Pro" as a descriptor has been out of use for some time. LoL i am allowed to refer to my program what its says in the help menu as anyone else would do .
