Looking for a REALLY Good Set of Skin Detail Overlays

In the past I've bought some products (some merchant resources, some not) for adding pores and other bump detail. As I move to G8 I'm wondering who has a really, REALLY good set of maps of different kinds of dermal detail, both bump and diffuse. For general pores I can use a noise map (have plenty of those already) but these aren't specific to the body area. 

I do have Skin Builde for G3 (I use it to make some G8 characters) and I'll eventually get the G8 as well, but I'm looking for more specific overlays I use Skin Builder in Photoshop and skip the LIE stuff because it's too slow. I'm looking for things like chicken pox vaccine scars on the arm, some sole of the foot detail, "rug burn" for knees, and so on. In other words, some fairly arcane detail. For the broader detail Skin Builder provides it well enough.

Any ideas?

    I seem to remember a (dont think it was merchant) resource for bump/displacement/normal for G3F; I can't remember which though, nor can I find it.

    I don't think it was this (https://www.daz3d.com/macro-skin-for-genesis-and-genesis-2-female-s), which is for G2.

    Thanks much! I have the Macro Skin for G2, but it's pretty well tied to the specific UV set for that character. For G3 I've been using a square 4K noise map. Of course, this only produces random skin appearance, and nothing area-specific.

    I'm guessing I could use the Ultra set for G3 with G8, as long as I keep with G8 UV and not use any character-specific UVs. Do I have that right?  

    In the meantime I'll keep looking for the ultimate in diffuse maps for things like knee rug burns, skin blush, heel calluses, and other icky stuff.

    Base G8F and base G3F share the same UV so you can use skins and what not that are designed for G3F on G8F (as long as it's made for base G3F and not one of the "Official 7" characters - which have their own UVs). Same goes for G8M and G3M.

    It sounds to me like you're looking for some quite specific things "rug burns", "heel calluses", etc - I'm not sure I've seen a product with those kinds of things. You might be better off adding things like that to your textures in Photoshop, Gimp, or any other image editing program.
