Contacting people?

There used to be a way to contact vendors here but I can't find it, is there still something or is it gone?

  • I think it depends on what you are trying to contact pas about. If it is is a support issue with a product, most pa's prefer you submit a ticket.

If its something else, it can be somewhat difficult. Not every pa in on the forum, or has a presence. So you'd have to see if the pa has a web or forum  presence and attempt to contact them that way.

As Serene Night says,  If you have a query then you need to contact Customer Services  by filing a ticket.

  • Ugh, I was trying to see if I could contact a vendor to see if there was an update to a product he is NOW selling here at DAZ that he used to sell elewhere and where I bought it. It didn't really work right before - a conforming armor set for an independant figure that didn't conform correctly - probably because it was set up as a Poser product before but I'm wondering if he updated it for DAZ now. So in essence the best place to try to reach HIM is to hope he's got a presense at 'Rosity. I wonder if DAZ decided to remove the direct contact of if the vendors asked for it.

Part of our sellers' fees to Daz goes toward them handling customer support/inquiries for us. Fill out a support ticket regarding the product and if CS does not know the answer, they will contact the vendor and get back to you.
