Windows 10 VRAM Unavailable

Hello, I know a lot of users, if not all, on Windows 10 have problem with unavailable or Windows reserved VRAM on CUDA hardware due to Windows Display Driver Model 2.X and I submitted it on Windows feedback hub , meybe someone already did that. But If you guys could upvote it or something so Windows will notice it and at least look into that problem, because it's really problem as Windows 7 used WDDM 1.X and user had and still have full control over VRAM usage.

I hope that I pointed the main thing in that feedback. For us content creators it's a problem that we spend money for better hardware that we can't use for it's full potential.
