Victoria 5 Anatomical Elements Missing - SOLVED

Hello everyone. I have just completed a complete re-install of my Daz content using DIM, I have noticed that there are no genitals for V5/Genesis. I purchased the V5 Pro Bundle back in 2013 and seem to remember them being there then, the missing product is
- Genesis Female Geo-Grafted Anatomical Elements
I also found that Gabi for V5 and Hampton Hair had not been installed from the bundle either, however I was able to manually download them and install, not something I am able to do with the genitals as the link isn't clickable. It's been a while since I have used the original Genesis figure, have I missed something?
Cheers in advance :)

There is not much that can be done on the forums Ian, you will need to file a help ticket I am afraid
https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_13597
Check if you can download it from there.
If you're using DIM, the V5 anatomical element is listed as Genesis Female Genitalia.
Thank you, got it! I wonder why DIM doesn't pick it up tho. Cheers :)
I got it, I don't why know it and the other products aren't picked up by DIM tho, never mind, its saved in a safe place now :)
i have also had missing files in DIm. i find dowloading items from the Product Library to where the DIM Downloads are stored and then refreshing DIM it will show the items in the install tab of DIM
i also deleted the Daz Shared XML, the small Text file that is part of the zip download then clicked refresh, it took my computer couple of hours to refresh DIM but it showed alot more files in the DIM Install tab
Cheers for that, I'll give that a go :)
FWIW, I recall if you filter 'connect' content in DIM, some of your store-bought non-connect items won't appear. Maybe that's why you can't see these particular products. (Yes, disable that DIM filter for the download, even if you don't use the DAZ 'Connect' service.)
Per the thread I opened, I believe there are tagging errors in a few products and that DAZ support seemed to not think it mattered - according to the folks who had registered trouble tickets.
