Banging my head against the computer here, How do you get Blue Planet Orbital view to work in IRay?

Yep, I am putting knots on my head.  I picked up Rayn's beautiful Arachnid Class Transport as a Smuggling Ship for a comic I want to do.  I already had the Blue Planet Orbital View by Aako but ahve never used it before.  Tried to use it and when I went to render, everything went black.  What I want to know is how do I convert it to Iray then save it for further use (not having to convert it every time I use it).  I know I will have to convert the planet andf stars over to emisives but not sure how to do it.  I have tried converting items before using Iray shaders with mixed success.  The emissives always give me fits.  I hope we see some more IRay ready Space HDRI's.  I already have HDRI Space but plan on picking up omore during the PA sale.

You can use the Iray Sun-Sky Only light, set Exposure Value to about 14.  Nor sure if the stars can be made work, so I've disabled them and everything else except blue_gradient, atmosphere, clouds and ground here. If you apply Iray Uber shader to them you can make further adjustments if necessary.

Then I've used a starry sky backdrop from here:

You can also use Scene Only and use a huge plane mesh light shining down on the planet, it gives a different effect and the possibility to adjust the light direction. See render 2.

Just save the whole scene after conversion.
