One of the all time great writers.  Just watched The Odd Couple (movie version) again recently. Brilliant.

    I did not know that guy was still alive. I loved Biloxi Blues when I was a kid. I hope this completes our celebrity death trifecta. After Aretha, John McCain, and now Neil Simon, this is just getting depressing.
