    IMHO We already Have such a "Real man" for Daz studio
    from the G3 Generation,

    I prefer Scott 6 as an action hero over Ivan 7 because although Ivan can fight, he's too heavy for the movement action part of the role.

    Action heroes need to run, jump, dive and roll in gunfights, leap between buildings on rooftops, jump from cars onto trucks during a car chase, swing from ropes SAS style through embassy windows. I think Ivan would be out of breath trying those things.

    Scott also looks more of a chiseled face elite trained professional, so is good for the leading man of action role. I see Ivan as more of a high level thug, or older cop out for justice role as he is less chiseled and hasnt aged so well.

    I'm not saying I dont like Ivan 7 for other things. In fact I would say Ivan 7 looks more realistic than most Daz males.

     

    Ivan would be more as an oposite to scott. More in the role of the enforcer. Though i like Ivan i can help feeling disapointed he has rusian feel to it.  That being said he does look nice, an 8 version would be welcome.

     

    Maybe Ivan vill make you concrete shoes for svim lessons.????

    I want a successor to Scott 6... handsome, a little older with a solid, muscular build.  Someone who could play the 35-45 year old hero in my wasteland adventures or be the dashing military commander.  I'm also a fan of the Gianni's.  I just hope if he appears he's not another frat bro like Michael 8 and his friends.

    Sorry if I'm repeating what someone else has saidd but I was so anxious to join this conversation I jumped all the way to the end WHY ARE THERE SO FEW HISPANIC MALE CHARACTERS I use the Awan character too much, and I have some morph packages that have some options but I just remember do many more choices with g2m, g2 and m4. Also, this maY be that I focus on more "real life" renders but some more typical looking guys, somewhere be between the huge muscle guys and the cartoons.

    I can't believe I didn't mention this first. Look at a shirtless picture of you typical guy. Even guys considered "smooth" have some body hair. Seriously, Google shirtless guys. See how also have a bit of hair around thier nipples or running up towards their naval.It is so rare to find anything close to this reaalism on any character. Kyle HD for Michael 7 is a fantastic example of of what I find rare on male textures. It's a terrific character, i couldn't recommend more highly. I want to teach myself how to create these hairs myself, but I haven't found any tutorials that address this.

    For people like me, all I need is good skin textures, a few morph packs and clothing that's equivalent in quality, and quantity of morphs, to female.

    I usually don't like male characters but I'd want the Dante 8 with badass clothes. (Leather jacket, biker gear etc.)

    i want a male counter to sakura8. I want some updated sci fi content like sci fi bodysuit (by smay) sci fi boots (by velmudr) need a multi armed figure. better capes. more anime style clothing. Mech suits, Iron Man type armor. skinsuits like raw guardian. masks.

    So when is the Michael birthday celebration? I'm hoping for a huge container of fabulous things. Bikes, boots, clothes, hair, morphs, more clothes, sunglasses, tools, headphones, computer bags, more clothes....

    It should have been around August 24th I believe, but unlike Victoria, and her several days long celebration, the poor guy had his birthday skipped without so much as a mention.

    So it's just like real life. On birthdays, Mother's day, Valentines Day & Christmas, women get all the good loot. Guys get the joy of buying stuff and giving it away. Plus the occasional necktie or power tool. :p

    An ageable character that comes with the same skins and face from a child to an adult. Edward age 5, age 12, age 15, age 21, age 35, age 50, age 65, age 80. I know there are aging products from Zev0 (own just about all their products), but for one specific character to be able to be any age would be great for storytelling.

    Asian males from Korea, Japan, Thailand (Kai for Lee 7 was a good one, rendered beautifully), India, Pakistan, Vietnam, and Malaysia, have been asked for to death.

    Males with old wounds that have healed somewhat (able to turn on or off, textures on or off too) for men who have been through tragedy or wars. 

    We got a lizardman in Genesis 2, and the Carnomoloch in Gen8 era, along with some great male aliens (Supreme Intelligence) and a Xenoman to go with Xenogirl would be sweet, and we got some really cool demons to boot. An avian-style male, with feathering along the arms from elbow to wrists, soft feathers along the shoulder blades where the wings meet, and feathered feet ending in talons would be sweet. 

    And a Drider. Because fantasy worlds need a tortured half-man half-spider hybrid joined together for the pleasure of Lolth and her priestesses. @JoshCrockett, Xenoman and a Drider, and an Avian man with talon feet and soft feathers please! ;p

    Definitely more quality male clothing. I like Modern Casual and Futuristic personally.

    I really wish someone would make something like Hardcore M4 for G3/G8, that jacket is freakin shweet.

    What would actually get me ready to leap into Gen 8 would be something like a well done Merman, or a Centaur with options (like paw feet, deer feet, dragon feet, various tails, etc.).  Nothing yet has made me interested in Gen 8 Male, I like Edward, but that's about it.  

    A really good Anime or Disney-type toon male might make me bite.  But he would have to have a lot of characters to choose from.

    (Marvel-like) Superhero bundle would be worth looking at, as well.  With a couple good capes!

    I would LOVE a slew of super-hero capes. Especially with D-FORCE working on them and a bunch of different styles and sizes.

    Maybe kind of a mix between https://www.daz3d.com/fwsa-kirk-for-cory-6 and https://www.daz3d.com/sasori-for-kenji-7. ; Kirk's face is a little too round and childish, but Sasori doesn't look quite toony enough.  Something that would be a good partner for The Girl 7 (https://www.daz3d.com/the-girl-7).  I don't do toony often, but not having a good male is one reason I don't.
