    She looks like she might be one of Out-of-touch and/or Raiya's characters, but not any of the ones I see on their pages.

    Nath might be right, it's probably a mix of one of their characters. Take a look at Gwyn from OOT, and there is some resemblance already. Maybe Gwyn mixed with Zola?

    I thought she was part of a bundle when I first saw the promo.  She really is pretty

    Looks like Mousso's Cora to me; may be a few incidental morphs or a different skin.

    Thanks for everyone's suggestions.  I am coming to the conclusion that she probably is a combination of characters.  I wish she were for sale - I'd buy her in a skinny;)
