Don't you mean addon instead of base since G8 is the base.
For me I want a male that I can't get with the existing morphs or dials and can mix well with the rest of the gene pool to create my own characters. Something other than a copy of previous male addons from past generations also. Floyd, Ollie and Edward were a breath of fresh air and more like that are most welcome. I'd also like more ethnicity also, but not beefy.
I have been playing with Phoenix1966's Joseph over at Rendo and he is fantastic and very original, not to mention the great fibermesh extras he comes with..

I want Lee 8, Gianni 8, Leo 8, Middle-Eastern men, Latin men and Asian men. Toon Dwayne 8 is way too cartoony and hideous for my taste (although Brandon is incredibly handsome and good looking in general!). I can't count how many times I've seen people request Lee 8 and Asian males, so it's not like we're not vocalizing what we want. We're just not being heard. I also want skimpy outfits, military outfits and gladiator/spartan outfits for men. I'm still waiting on a pair of flip-flops that have the same script as the Getas where when the toe bends, the flip-flops will bend accordingly (as they do in reality) instead of remaining glued to the soles.
I would just like a classically handsome man 30-ish. (In real life too!) Like a young Robert Redford or Nathan Fillion or even a young Edward 8. Also an M4 for G8. M4 was the last Daz Original male I actually found attractive. I can morph handsome guys myself off the base G8 with all the morphs I have, but it would be nice to have a handsome masuline base to start with. Sorry, I just don't find any of the DO G8 males attractive at all except Edward (as Bond) who is in an older age range... There are tons of beautiful female characters in the market but I rarely see male characters that I find attractive. Those hot girls need hot guys! I'd be curious to see if Mousso could create males in the style of his/her(?) stunning women!

Basically a masculine "man of action" - realistic style, with a strong very serious face.
For action heroes, spies, and non-toon super heroes.
A man who will get the job done - not a useless buffoon (needs a strong serious face). Someone you would trust to diffuse a bomb.
I wish a male counterpart for Zelara. A handsome male in his late twenties or early thirties would be great. Need not to be a super hero. Big brother for Elijah7. With alien features like Zelara has. Zelara as first alien base charakter should not stay lonley....please.

A male that is not some ugly cartoon or an alien but human realistic looking. Asian in varias ages and indian in various ages would be more then welcome. At this point i would even be happy with a caucasian or African american male. Just something realistic.
A "Metoo" for Asians. And that should include Indians, Arabians and Iranians as well.
Maori, Aborigines, Native Americans, Inuites and other smaller ethnic groups
Then there's so many female fairies and pixies and they have no men to play with
A handsome daemon, think Tara evil form in a male shape
A bf to Zelara of course with some counterparts to her alien forms

Contentwise I'd love to see more scifi stuff which is not space suits or body armour but rather some interesting couture.
There were some great ones for the GIS series back in the days of G2M. I'd also love to see some steampunk themed garbs

Add to that some type of realistic cave man oozing with testosterone and hair.. I guess a Hercules, type etc. comes to mind
I know that...lol. I just wanted to specify ;). Over here in the west when one says "Asian" one thinks of maybe Chinese, Japanese, etc. before they think Indian :)

Although in the UK "Asian" most often means Indian/Pakistani - as in "British Asians", a much larger group within Britain than people of Chinese/Japanese/Korean/etc ethnic origin.
ETA: Though all of the above would obviously be included in the word "Asian" in more general discussions.
thanks. opens up a lot of options actually using facegen can reuse a lot of my old skins/characters on the newer bases plus can do profile side renders which is hard to find photos of usually make do with frontal pics only but when you have side renders to use as well it makes the differance
I may be missing something, but seems to me there are better ways to transfer both morphs and textures.

Fair enough, I just thought to note that as I found it interesting as I just learned about it not too long ago, I love self-education; I'll never stop learning, because no matter how much you've learned in 20 years, it would have most likely changed anyway! :)

He will be my Go to guy for the uber masculine of types Alpha male Characters I prefer in my Sci fi/Action films.
(Androgyn ,Bishie boys and simpering beta males..need not apply!!!)
I'm going to try to list a lot of the main points here on the original post, so we can keep track of the most requested things people want to see!

What male figure(s) I would like to have?
- middle east (arabian to afghan region)
- native american indian
- south american indio (Peruvian or mexican with strong native genestreak)
No mid-twenty-somethings, but rather middle aged.. fourty-ish or so. No hunks. Though a Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson samoan probably would be a instant buy
Oh... and please make them the same deal like you do with all the female figures... some free pro packs would be nice... I'd prefer some G3F pro figures, due to them usually having the more interesting content...

Frankly, with all the resources available, I don't really care now who the next base male is. What I have discovered is that the clothing for males is well below the quality for women. So the most important thing for the next bundled guy is that the clothing be well made and fit better than a painted on shell.
Asian male figures, definitely (as many have already said). What I would like to see are some good, realistic models - still good looking, but with some actual texture (pores, lines, freckles, flaws) to the skin. For some reason men look very odd when too smooth, it doesn't work for them. I learned this years ago in the art department of a large photo studio in LA - women you can make very smooth, but men need some roughness to the face. Many of the male figures are just too doll-like and it doesn't work.
I prefer Scott 6 as an action hero over Ivan 7 because although Ivan can fight, he's too heavy for the movement action part of the role.
Action heroes need to run, jump, dive and roll in gunfights, leap between buildings on rooftops, jump from cars onto trucks during a car chase, swing from ropes SAS style through embassy windows. I think Ivan would be out of breath trying those things.
Scott also looks more of a chiseled face elite trained professional, so is good for the leading man of action role. I see Ivan as more of a high level thug, or older cop out for justice role as he is less chiseled and hasnt aged so well.
I'm not saying I dont like Ivan 7 for other things. In fact I would say Ivan 7 looks more realistic than most Daz males.
Ivan would be more as an oposite to scott. More in the role of the enforcer. Though i like Ivan i can help feeling disapointed he has rusian feel to it. That being said he does look nice, an 8 version would be welcome.
