PD Howler Download failed (Partially resolved)

 I purchased PD Howler 11.2 in January and just saw Howler 11.4 in my products in DIM; but download repeatedly fails. I also went to the page in My Library and tried to download it manually but I keep getting a message that it can't be downloaded.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem

    I downloaded from my Product Library yesterday (at about this time of day) and had no problems, though I haven't run it yet so I can't say whether it's a good download or not. The zip file open OK though.

    When a download fails clear your cache before trying another download.  Failed downloads tend to stick in cache, causing further attempts to fail at around the same place.

    Thanks all. It is still failing in DIM but I was finally able to do a manual download from my library product page.
