Price Protection for Items that Go on Sale?

I can't find it anyplace, but I had the impression that Daz offered some kind of price protection for when you buy something that goes on sale before X number of days after you buy it. However, I can't find any reference to it in the help documents. Is this a thing? If so, do you just submit a ticket for it?

    they're usually pretty good on making things right for the customer. i would do a ticket and see what happens

    Unless it is one of the sales where it has been specified that they will not issue refunds in order for customers to get cheaper prices on a different sale.  So check the small print
