does daz support help people making G8F characters?

was wondering if they could help me with a bug i found in G8F for using in Carrara.

been trying for over 6 months to figure out why 3 of her toenail beds wont morph properly

the only option i see is a toenail bed corrective morph for every single G8F character.
dont really have the money to buy every g8f character

    You could file a help ticket and see if you get any repsonse.  You have to bear in mind though that Daz has said that Genesis 8 does not work in Poser or Carrara and that any work round you are using is not actually a true Genesis 8 character, but an earlier generation character morphed to ressemble Genesis 8.

    true, all the g8 features wont work. 

    but carrara has NLA.

    i dont have poser 11.  can't test it in poser.

    i'd be happy being able to use characters and clothes i like.
    inspired to come back to this project when a new outfit comes out i like, like the new release  cover alls.
    would like to fix this before the pa sale starts.

    original question was basically, can i turn to daz support when i'm stuck in character addon developement?
    i've seen threads from DS users having woes with the toenails and character morphs.
    there's a bit of crossover with this problem.

    i afeared the problem will carry over to G9F

    If you think you've found a bug you can certainoy report it - but it would have to show in DS, I'm pretty sure Genesis 3 and 8 are not offocially supported in Carrara at this time.

    Does Poser understand the General rigging?

    Does any other s/w work with the General rigging?

    Geenral weight maps? As far as I know yes, it's the more common mode to have only one weight-map per joint (which was why TriAx was special).

    i remember single acis scaling problems in poser
    the kid4 toddler morph didnt work

    poser having any better luck with Genesis 8?
