If anyone buys the male set and can show some non clay renders I am curious what they look like on a figure like Michael 8..

I got both, let me see if I can knock something out real quick before someone else manages to lol.
Okay here is a quick one of M8 head with the muscle morphs all set to 100, without M8 body morph. I forgot that I have to have some place to put the image on this forum if deviantartis one you can't link to someone let me know and I will remove this inoffensive piece jsut to keep the taint of deviant art from being seen lol.
Okay finally got it to work first time posting an image with this particular setup I guess as I don't remember this lol.
The first one was a cheap Iray render this is 3Delight.
And one from the back
He looks great. Thank you.
All you need to do to upload an image here is attach it save then reopen your post and use the image in the picture link option.
You're always safe buying Xenic1's muscle morphs. My only complaint is that they're often released late into a Genesis figure's life, meaning just when you get caught up and have almost all the morphs you'll need for the newest generation, another one will be upon us shortly. DAZ should get Xenic working on them right after a new figure's release.
All three are with G8F with Victtoria 8 (plus HD) at 100%, G8M with Micael 8 (and HD) at 100%, render SubD set to 3. Lighting and poses unchanged.
We have a 'without' as a baseline, a 'with' with a simple use of All Muscle Volumes set to 50% and a 'with alt' with a simple use of All Muscle Volumes Alt at 50%. You'll notice some need for an adjustment of pose to cater for the applid morphs and left those undone to show them. I did, however, tweak the bikini top to remove two holes that appeared, one per cup for the 'with alt' render.

And NONE of the 3 files uploaded ... GRRRR!

Now they have uploaded ...

yes.. but I'm dstarting to lean to stay a generation or tow behind ... saves a ton of cash...
Alos...didn;t DAZ used to do their own muscle morphs?
Wait...now I'm confused. I already have a Genesis 8 muscle morph set in my wishlist and it's not by Xenic. Are there two full sets now?
I have two other sets. I tend to have trouble with muscle morph sets due to the fit of clothing. Most of which never seems to be resolved. I’m not sure if that will be the case with this one... just that there tends to be pokerhrough and fit issues
Likely.
The other set is by SimonWM, maker of Swole. I tend to prefer his style of morphs and flexions, but I own them both. Simon did not do a set for Genesis3 which was unfortunate. Xenic is servicable, IMO, but SimonWM did fantastic JCM/Flexion morphs for Genesis2.
One thing to watch out for:
With Xenic's sets for G3, many of the flexion formulae are wrong, and so with flexions set to automatically apply, for many bends while the muscles on the left side do what they are supposed to, the muscles on the right side do the opposite. So e.g. if you bend both forearms for a biceps pose, the left biceps flex as they should, but the right do the flexion they should do with the arm straight. It's not all, and sometimes the right side is correct and the left is worng. He (?) basically got confused over mirroring bends left to right: x rotations, and their limits and formula keys should the same left to right, but y and z rotations, limits and keys should be reversed left to right. For a bunch of the flexions he did it the wrong way round, and reversed the x rotations but kept the y and z rotations the same. Seeing something was wrong on posing, then really seeing it looking at the muscle flexions in the parameter pane while applying left-right symmetrical poses, I ended up going through all the flexion .dsf files, checking the formulae line by line, left versus right, and ended up having to fix 13 of the flexion dsf files to make everything work as it's supposed to.
Just a quick look at the G8F sets I bought yesterday, there are at least some of the same mistakes, with many flexions applying backwards on one side (mostly the right again). I see I'm going to have to go through all the flexion .dsf's fixing them again, which is a lengthy and tedious job AND twice as mjuch to do folr the G8 versions as there's the Alt set to do as well.
Note: there's nothing wrong with the morphs, just the automatic muscle flexing on posing if you turn that on. If you don't turn the Muscle Flex Controls and do any flexing by dialling up appropriate muscles by hand there's no problem.
For the G3F set, I mentioned it to DAZ support, but nothing happend. I was going to send them the corrected files last summer, but forgot. it's the meds I'm on - I have very poor memory now. Anyway, I'll do these ones as quick as I can (which is not very quick - disability only lets me use the computer in quick bursts), then try to get DAZ Support to acknowledge the problem, accept the files with the fixes and distribute them.
OR... you could not let all your work go to waste and zip them up and post them somewhere. They are no good without the product, and they are simply corrections, so I don't see a copyright issue.
Any maybe this is why I didn't like Xenic's set...I knew something was not quite right but could never put my finger on it or bother to spend the time figuring it out.
Plus on this
I thought I had fixed all those for the Genesis 8 version. I may have missed some, there are alot to go through.
I planned to do an update fixing the JCM issue with the Genesis 3 version shortly after this one released, but I've been tied up.
I'll get to work on reviewing and updateing the JCMs for both generations.
Please, do so. What really draws me to your sets is how naturally the figure bends with the flexions activated and it's a shame this issue detracts from such a great product.
