Problems with Ancient Arena from Powerage

I purchased the Ancient Arena on April 22, 2017. Since then, I haven't experienced any problems with this great set. Yet several minutes ago I installed the Ancient Arena with Daz Connect and clicked on the product. Instead of seeing the usual images of arena props, I got images of white exclamation points. When I attempted to load the props into the viewport, a pop-up window appeared that said "An error occured while reading the file, see the log file for more details". Perplexed, I installed the Ancient Arena through the Install Manager and nothing changed. When I installed the Ancient Arena in manually and attempted to load it into the viewport, I got the same error message. When I attempted to merge the props into the scene, the arena props appeared the way they would appear in the Solid Bounding Box view. This is very strange. I'm thinking about doing renders with this set, and I would like to know if someone can help me solve this problem.
