'Page' Tab

I am attempting to learn how to run the Fairytale Book.

More specifically, I am attempting to add content to the pages on a test book.

The insctructions tell me to go to the 'Pages' Tab and press the 'Index button'.

...but I can't seem to locate a 'Pages' tab.

Anyone know what the instruction is referring to?

    It's comes with a script and should call up an extra window. Have you started the script and does that extra window appear?
