Over saturation

So I'm working on an image (finally) and I test render, not what I want but on it's way. I add a few more images and test render again to see where shadows are and BOOM! DS Crashes.

I load back up, load my scene and  everything appears to be fine, so I continue on... Then I do another test render, and what I get is a Highly over saturated image. So I have touched nothing with the lighting from image 1 to image 2, both are from the same camera angle. Image 1 is pre crash, image 2 is post crash.

Any ideas what may have happened? I've even gone so far as to turn off ALL lighting that I put into the image, this still happens.

Did you turn the camera headlamp on by accident?

Is it an Iray render? Check the Render Settings. Did Tone Mapping get changed? Default EV would be 13. What is yours?

You have pressed the +/- box in the Iray window and then clicked on the image which has set the exposure to whatever colour was under the pointer at the time. Go into Tone Mapping and reset to the defaults.

This appears to have resolved, the Exposure Value was set to .5, now what or how that was changed is a mystery to me, like I said we are talking about, attempted render crash, open and try render again...

Thanks for the replies, am going to try to get this thing rendered :)
