Lots of bodysuits- does anybody besides me think how impractical they are?

Okay... to show how awesome Genesis 8 is, here's Bodysuit 8 on Floyd 8.

Autofit is not always right for everything, but Genesis 8 is awesome at it.

Heck, even in DC comics, the heros/heroines never ever put rescuing (while in their costume) on hold because they had to pee...nope...never seen it.

Superman could only pee in a special Kryptonian toilet. If he used an earth one, it would be like a water-jet cutter.

The original Green Lantern's ring had "power over everything, except that which is yellow".

This is the best kind of superhero discussion.

I'm extremely tired of Infinity War and the unholy Disney/Marvel alliance.

As much as I hate the Disney/Marvel alliance in principle, it will hopefully make their movies better. I don't think Disney would have ever let Hulk(2003) or any of the Fantastic Four travesties slip through a first draft.

To be honest, I haven't seen any Marvel movie since Avengers: Age of Ultron, but the trailers I've seen look pretty good. Plus, Disney has a history of being pretty hands-off with their subordinate studios. I'm sad to see Marvel get bought, but hopeful for the future.

Yes, bodysuits have changed a lot since the early models.

Now that one IS practical! A bit low on hygiene, though.

FWIW https://www.daz3d.com/mv-stella-crew-deck has a realistic "space toilet" and https://www.daz3d.com/sci-fi-living-quarters has a modern 2018 utility toilet and https://www.daz3d.com/sci-fi-brig-construction-set has a "firefly drop down" version.

At the risk of stating the incredibly obvious... laugh

Some things are designed to be practical, and some things are designed to be visually appealing.

I'm always kinda puzzled at the many threads talking about how impractical stuff like skimpwear and bodysuits and high heels are. Well, they're not supposed to be practical, they're supposed to look good.

And I'm certainly not an artist by any stretch, but I do know that most art is about fantasy. And as a male, I can assure you that for many/most males visually appealing clothing (skimpwear, bodysuits, high heels) on a beautiful woman is somewhere near the top of most of our lists of our favorite things in the world. laugh So if males are doing fantasy art, it's not surprising that there's a whole lot of totally impractical clothing involved.

Long live impractical clothing on beautiful women. laugh

At the risk of being thought Politically Incorrect (whom am I kidding?  I'd be afraid to be caught being PC!  ;) ), I'd say that the beautiful woman in said appealing clothes is further up my list every time.

Long live lovely women, impractical outfits or not!

Depends. If I do a pin-up calendar, give me skimpwear and bodysuits (for men, as both genders love to see nice bodies)

If I do book covers for serious SF, Contemporary or whatever, give me usable clothes which allow to go to the restroom without a full strip.

In case of the bodysuits, I was just thinking loud and wondering about their use. As for the rest- If women get circles aroud their boobs, men should get adequate codpieces. And both genders wouldn't be too glad if they find themselves an a hostile planet with poisonous athmosphere (or in deep space) with an outfit with gaping midriff holes and equal nonsense.

Again, if my Scifi commanders wants a scifi hot girls or hot boys calendar in his quarters, the outfits of these hotties can have as many holes as you can apply without violating DAZ TOS.

Made me think of Albert Einstein after taking a time travel trip with Dr. Timothy Leary.

And some are both. Like the old classic SME tonearms - state of the art technology and extremely elegant design :
