I don't need an interactive license, but the link on in the store page doesn't seem to be working. I tried it in Safari and Chrome.

It's working, clicking on the link just eliminates the few products from the store list that don't have interactive licenses available. To buy one you must actually choose the product you want and put it in your cart.
