Can morphs be transfered between Horse 2 and Centaur 7?

As I understand it, the Centaur 7 geografts are based on the Daz Horse 2 model. So, I was wondering if it would be possible to transfer additional morphs for the horse to the centaur, via Morph Loader or any other means. For example, could someone that has the Horse 2, Lovable Llamas, and at least one of the Centaurs transfer the llama morph to the centaur geograft so that they can make a llamataur? If so, how would they go about doing that?

I'd be interested in knowing this too ,or could morphs from MilHorse be transferred to Horse2 ? or would that need something like GenX for the horses?
No way I know of. The meshes have completely different numbers of vertices and vertex orders. So morph loader pro would certainly not work, and I don’t think there are any products that support this transfer.
I can't remember how it works offhand, but I know there's a way to transfer morphs between different generations of genesis without using GenX or any other plugins. Would that work for Horse 2 to Centaur 7?
The bigger issue for this sort of transfer is that where the horse body meets the human body would be totally messed up and there'd be no way to fix that without going into a modeller and altering things anyway.
I tried to make myself a clone, discussed it quite a lot but nobody seemed ielse nterested in the topic at the time

Clothing clones are different than morph transfers.
