Hello, I'd like to identify the texture (and character) used on the main promo of the Axarra Headdress for Genesis 8 Female(s):

At first, I was thinking it could be one of the two items below, but it's not.

Looking at the main promo, it should be a full body texture... (texture on her upper right arm and shoulder)

Does anybody have any idea which character and (full body) texture was used on the main promo (and also on the fourth tumbnail picture)?
