Synthetic PLUS 9 FREE ITEMS?? I didn't receive!

I bought the Industrial Garage and none of the 9 free items are in my Product Library. How do I claim them?

    Did you put them in your cart when you purchased?

    Assuming you put the items in the cart, they should be in the Product Library. You'd have to put in a Support ticket (go up to Contact Us)

    No. I didn't know I had to. They always say when you do. Support ticket time.

    They did say so. You overlooked the * at the end of the sentence about the free items. At the bottom of the sale page it says * Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply.
