How To Contact a PA About a Perceived Product Issue?

How does someone contact a PA with questions about a product they have purchased?  I don't see any links or contact information posted.  In this case the PA is Lyoness.

I would appreciate the information.

thanks

You will have to go into your PM's and start typing their forum name and it will give you a list to select from. If it's a product that isn't working quite right you need to contact Daz CS. Daz does all customer support for all of our products.

I usually contact Tech Support via filing a ticket and describe the issue, then I wait for a response (which varies from days to a week).

  • OK.  Thank you for the replies!

It might also help and be faster to post what the product is and what issue you might be having in hopes that another user might or might not be having it and know of a fix.

We are encouraged to not contact pa's directly about product problems but to submit tickets.

The proper way to deal with product issues is to contact DAZ.

DAZ has the ability to test product issues in many more ways than a PA can, which is better for the customer.

Plus, handling that kind of thing is a service which we PA's pay DAZ to handle, that way it ensures the customer the best possible response to any issue.
