Can't Change Subdivision Level to 5

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I'm using Peeled Orange and it says to set the Subdivision Level to 4 or 5 to reduce the jagged lines but when I try changing the setting it will only go to 3.

How does one change this to 4 or 5?

    With the figure/prop selected you do it by clicking on the little cog-wheel to the right of the relevant property, selecting Parameter settings from the pop-up menu, then un-checking the 'Use Limits' option.

    I'd suggest doing that to the Render SubD Level (Minimum) option as that only kick sin for the render, doing the View SubD Level will do the viewport too and that coudl slow things down and gulp up memory!
