BYOF sale problem

The banner states Get 60% off 3 items from any artists store but items from Sickleyeilds store are not working with the coupon code. As far as I can tell the items in her store are not on sale or have any oher factors that that meet the stated exclusions.

Can this please be fixed and Sickleyeild's store add to the sale?

    Also, aren't you supposed to be able to use the code twice? I'm trying for my second run, but it say it's invalid now.

    The 3 items need to be from the same vendor's store - at least thats the only way I could get it to work

    I purchased three items from different vendors and it worked OK for me.

    I can't get it to do that for me whatever items I try - I want to purchase 3 more but if I can't get it to work with 3 or 2 different vendors I probably won't bother.

    I failed to resist temptation and got two sets of three, from six different vendors. Of course, having done so I now can't test any problem carts.

    Is Sickleyield no longer in the BYOF sale?  I put supermorpher for v8 and clones v4 m4 for g8 plus night before easter in my cart last night and discount worked but I didn't check out , still debating but wanted those items this morning but now no dicount on them at all.

    Sickleyeild became one of today's featured atrtist

    So, since his store is now on sale the items are excluded from the Build Your Own Flash (BYOF) sale

    @ Toonces: What other items do you have in your  cart. You need exactly 3 (no more and no less) non-new, non-sale items and then apply apply the coupon code.

    The coupon works unless I try to include the running poses. So I guess they're not part of BYOF even tho they're not new, nor on sale.

    you guys did type in the code BYOF into the coupon code section right? I thought wasn't working then silly me relised had to type in that code

    I found the problem. The PA for that Product, Devon, is a featured artist in the 'StoneMason and a Wedding' sale and gets a 60% discount with purchase of a new release from that sale. So, since his items are on sale they are excluded from the Build Your Own Flash sale.

    Ahh, got it. I'd assumed it just meant 'visible' sales with the red/white discount text, not sales that only appear once in cart.

    Daz really make it complicated to buy stuff, tried various combiations and now have given up! I mean you click on the banner and it brings you to a page where a lot of the stuff isn't in the offer??

    Fun fact: there's even some sale items the deal works with. Like... getting a G8F Starter Bundle for $ 20.-

    Not working for me either I just tried to check out with some stuff  and says its invaild code  I dunno maybe I'm to late and the BYOF sale is over . either way. saved myself $40 bucks

    If all, in theory, are part of the sale, it may just be that putting more than three items in the cart confused it. The coupon is meant for exactly three items, and I think the cart software doesn't have anything in place to choose a limited number of items out of the cart, based on how coupons/sales like this have worked before.

    Yes that was the problem. anything more than 3 itesm seems to throw off the cart  thats cool I'll just pick up the things in my wishlist for now

    Yep there has to be exactly 3 items (no more and no less than 3) or the coupon won't work

    Trying to use the byof sale for the second time, and I'm getting an error that the coupon isn't valid. I looked at the vendors, deci6el, Orestes Graphics, and Polish; none of them seem to be involved in a current sale. Some others reported that blocking their use of the coupon. Any ideas?

    yea, I had too many items on my wishlist.  I wish I could have bought more
