    Yes, Annecy would be correct spelling. It's in The Alps mountains, in the south east of France. Very nice place with a gorgeous lake, definitely worth visiting if you like mountains.

    My first name/last name combo is unusual and usually causes people to assume an incorrect ethnicity. So there's the awkwardness plus the fact that anyone could find my address. On the internet I'd rather avoid that.

    It wasn't until I had to say "ZBrush" aloud that I realized it was a play on "zebra". This, of course, gets lost in translation for any zed-heads out there.

    Not sure where your friend got his pronunciation... Some people tend to say "My-kel" so it's closer to the English version, but I've never heard "My-chell".

    My friends in Switzerland that have French Swiss roots or French roots pronounce their own personal name Michael as Mi-shell as with a short i. It also bugged me because it sounds like Michelle the female name. They said it was a pet name pronunciation.

    Mostly human. Possibly a hint of neanderthal and some other lesser defined hominids (long gone are the days when it was believed that different species could never interbreed!). And of course if you suspect a PA is part-lycan, it's worth checking the phase of the moon before interacting with them . . .

    Yes that's how the French pronounce their version of "Michael". It's generally spelled "Michel" - remember Jean-Michel Jarre?

    But Jean the French John does not sound the same as the English girl's name Jean... It actually sounds not unlike John, but nasal and the first sound is like the "si" in "vision".

    Fun stuff: in Russian, Nikita (pronounced the same as in English) is a dude's name.

    Telekinesis.  It's easier to tie things with it than type with it.

    I have no idea how to pronounce Protozoon, I used the "put your finger on the dictionary while eyes closed" -method to choose the nickname.

    My name is hard to pronounce apparently but I have no difficulty with it.  0.o. Oh yeah it is Mizzz Ba-ad Wo’f?

    edit the l in wolf is there but it is very quiet.
