Rim Light Rig Help

I bought Rim Light Rig a long time ago, but I'm just now trying to use it. I can't figure it out (lighting is a big weakness of mine), and Iooked for a ReadMe but couldn't find one.
Has anyone used this product? I'm using it in 3Delight, as it was intended (older product). Are you supposed to put the rig behind or on or in front of the character to be lit, and is there something I'm supposed to tweak to make it light? I applied the included shaders to my figure's clothes and hair, but I'm getting just a very faint distant light effect, no rim lighting at all.
The promos look so amazing, I must be doing something wrong!

According to one of the promo images it looks like it's meant to be behind:
It says it loads there too. My guess is that if you move the figure make sure the rig is behind the figure and make sure the Light Target (the little sphere that comes with it) is slightly in front of your figure.
I don't have the product but that's just what I gather from the promos.
Yeah, that's the same thing I thought. But so far I've had no luck. It's really hard to even see where the rig is compared to your figure, but I think I have it about the same as in the promo. I'm trying another render after really enlarging the rig, maybe that will help, we'll see...
I think if you make the rig larger it will just make the lights farther away from the figure (and less likely to show up). You might just increase the light strength.
What you might do is just start a fresh scene, load the light rig and load a fresh figure in the default position and then do a quick test render. That will show you how bright the light is and where it's actually falling on the figure and then you can adjust from there.
Aha! It seems to be working now. I think I figured it out.
There's a camera that loads with the rig, but it's hidden. You need to unhide the camera and use it as the main camera. Also, the rig has to be enlarged bigger than your character, including limbs, regardless of the size it loads as.
Thanks, Divamakeup, I appreciate the help!
