dForce Marvelous Designer seams have tears when rendered

Hi,

I just started with dForce and Marvelous Designer. The skirt I made in Marvelous Designer has seam  tears when rendered.

Any Advice to correct this is greatly appreciated.

I haven't done it myself, but I think most people that use MD for making dForce clothing retopologize them first. As for mesh splitting, dforce clothing should be welded and if not, you need to make weight maps for the parts that you don't want to move. Here's a tutorial by Mada.

Did you quadrangulate your skirt in MD before exporting it as an obj?

    Laurie,

Thanks so much for the tutorial link.

    Illidanstorm,

Yes, I did quadrangulate  the skirt.

Looks almost like intentional thread seams.
