Contacting Dreamlight?

SnowSultanSnowSultan Posts: 3,774

I went to buy a light set from Dreamlight's site but upon checkout, the price was wrong. Now I can't find any links to how to contact him about it. Does anyone know how to get a hold of him? Thanks.

I'm not positive, but I think the store handles all the pricing issues, especially anything mispriced or a fault with the checkout system. A help ticket or customer service would be your fastest option.

He used to have a system that allowed you to raise a support ticket but I haven't bought anything from his website for a long time. He has a facebook group which comments on quite frequently: https://www.facebook.com/groups/createamazing3dart/ posted there yesterday.

Haha, I wasn't even aware that the Facebook group that someone signed me up to join a few years ago was actually his.  I'll post a message there, thanks.

Did you try the contact link on his website: http://www.dream-lounge.com/dreamlight/contact.htm

Charlie?  Your link here and the one in a different thread pointing towards a download section both seem to be going to a "portal" site.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

I'm not sure what you mean. They both work for me. and go to subsections of Dream Lounge which is run by Dreamlight.

You probably think I'm being a "prank yanker", but I SWEAR I did not get that page earlier, honest!  But it does seem to be acting normally now.

Thanks, I guess I can try that even though it doesn't appear to have been updated since 2009. Someone related to Dreamlight approved my post mentioning the price discrepency but didn't comment on it. Dreamlight has always been sort of...nebulous, and it's times like these where that becomes particularly frustrating.
