Unable to launch DAZ Studio anymore

I'm about to give up, but I really don't want to....

I reimaged my machine, and as usual when I do so, I backup certain appdata folders so I don't have to reconfigure anything.  (just a preface)

I grabbed DAZIM and installed everything as usual, nothing special - then I launch DAZ Studio.  Splash screen shows up as usual, then the main UI shows up, but is instantly frozen.  The spinners on the library are not moving, nothing is happening.

After a bit, Windows asks if I want to close it (unresponsive).

I tried rebooting, same thing.

So I uninstalled, cleared all related appdata folders, manually cleared the installation directory of remnant files, deleted the DAZ registry keys, everything I could think of.  Did the same for postgre CMS. Rebooted, reinstalled - same thing again.  I've reinstalled probably 5 times now, trying different things.  Nothing seems to work.  Any thoughts?

EDIT: Also, I tried using procmon to see what was happening, it looks like it's trying to use the CMS, but locking up maybe.  Not sure.

The last line in the log file is: 2018-07-23 12:17:33.731 Creating Pixel Buffer

Log file is attached

Maybe you already did it, but you tried reinstalling the GPU drivers?
The absence of the viewport makes me think your GPU doesn't work properly. Also try giving a look to the Log file in the help section.

Actually did that yesterday, also disabled the nVidia overlay, just in case that was causing an issue. No luck there either :/

I actually just noticed this in the dblog:

FATAL:  role "<my name>" does not exist

So it does have to do with the CMS, but I've no idea how to fix this.

I completely uninstalled DAZ Studio and postgresql again, manually downloaded the installation from https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files/#prod_13176 (64bit), installed - no change.  Uninstalled, downloaded 32bit, trying to install, but it's hung on installing CMS....  *rips hair*

Are you sure the restored database folder has regular permissions, that it doesn't require adomin access? Can you open C:/Users/Justin/AppData/Roaming/Daz 3D/cms/ContentCluster, and can you then open the files (e.g. in a text editor) without error (never mind if they are readable, it's just a question of acess)?
