  Yes it is Emilia hair refit to g8 and the textures are all from an upcoming shader pack by Sloshwerks :D

  Ack! Another Slohswerks' hair shader pack? I am not made of money, you know? I don't even have that many organs left to sell, and the black-market prices are awful at the moment.

  I am such a sucker for hair shaders, and I love the shaders used in the promos, so, dang and yay at the same time!
