Can anyone ID this outfit? - SOLVED

I keep seeing this outfit and now it's in a couple Kaylee tattoo promos.  Can anyone tell me if it's an outfit, or separates?  If separates, where can I get them?

    Geez, I skated right past that blurb at the bottom of the page over there  I had to put the DM outfit on the wishlist.  Too rich for my blood unless it goes on a really good sale.   But now i know it's here and will have to save my pennies.

    I did too til I read the description and it said it only included the shorts and a couple mats.  I didn't read anything after that since it didn't mention the little shirt.
