  Well it's usually referred to as a reverse trike, but vendors sometimes like cutesy names for their products.  TruForm's reverse trike looks nothing like this.

  Since that's an ad for a new product, it may be something that's not out yet.  Personally I think it looks a lot like something that Petipet might have made so it could be an upcoming PC+ item.
