Question about July 4th freebies

Every time I put something in the cart and add the hot dog costume and hot dog cart, as it says any item in the store you only need one. but every time I go through check out it does not come up free. What am I missing?????

    I would try refreshing your broswer page last thing before clicking checkout.

    Nope didn't work, no matter what I do it does not show up as free.

    You may need to take a screenshot of your cart so they can check on why it might not be working.

    I had the same problem and I had 30+ items in my cart including the Kaylee 8 Pro Bundle.  Also, the promised additional discounting of the items in the extended July 4th sale for buyers of Kaylee didn't work either, nor did the stacking discounts for thos product if you bought 3.  But this never fails- holidays or weekends = DAZ store gets broken and there's nobody there to fix it because they only work bankers' hours.

    I found the problem, it was freebies I had in the cart and it needed to contain an item with a price in order to get those two free.
