I installed graphmate and installed it, but it is not in the menu bar window panes. What is the reason?

Have you entered your serial number, in Help>About Installed Plug-ins, and restarted DS? You can get the serial number from your account page, or by right-clicking on te entry in Install Manager,>Show Serial Number and copying it to the clipboard.
