Smeared make-up

Is there any product out there for smeared/running mascara, lipstick and such? The kind of stuff we usually see on that girl who got dumped and who ran crying under the rain? It would make a good drama prop.

    Plentiful tears is for g3femal so that is easy. On the male probably with a bit of tweking or you cheat with a UV swapper

    The promos of Plentiful Tears show it (and say so) with Arabella 7's makeup. She has a preset for smeared makeup. She's really cheap today if you want to buy her.

    But apparently smeared makeup doesn't come as a LIE preset. I wish there were one applicable for G3 and G8.
