Mely3D's catalog increased discount not working?

I filed a support ticket, but was wondering if anyone else noticed this.  Mely3D's catalog isn't dropping to 60% off with the purchase of a new item.  The few other vendors I've added to my cart seem to be working properly?  I love DAZ sales, but they exhaust me, lol!

    Sadly, if it's the last day of a major sale on a weekend and it's not fixed by now, it probably won't be.  ;/  You should probably brace yourself for paying at the higher price and negotiation with Customer Service after the fact.

    Karibou, that cart is working for me,  so can you file a ticket, with a screen shot please.

    Charlie Judge.   your first item is not a Saturday new release.

    Cohole: Any new release is supposed to work and it does on the other featured artists catalogs

    Thanks but if I file a ticket they won't see it in time to fix it for today's sale anyway. So, I'll just save my money instead frown

    They can give you a refund for the missing discount.

    Just wanted to try this one with no intention to buy anything and even with one of today's new products there is no 60% price reduction...

    To get a refund I would have to buy something from a buggy deal first, which I won't do, as I would have to go through the refund progress meaning additional work for me, instead for the IT department of DAZ who should make sure the shop software works as intended...

    I agree, but when they don't the only "fix" is a refund. Sometimes it's worth it.

    I don't think they should have chosen Magento as store software, many people who have worked with it say it's a nightmare .
