uninstalling DAZ3D characters

Okay. So, I have had the ongoing issue for some time now that when I load G3F I get a duplicate formulas error - see attached. If I click okay she loads up fine but I figured I would like to fix this anyway.
Unable to find the solution here - though I'm sure it's here somewhere - I submitted a help ticket. The DAZ rep told me to uninstall both G3F and G8F and then re-install them and try it to see what I get. I have had this issue since before G8F came out so I doubt they are relate but I figure I'll do as asked. Strangely, when I look in the DIM I find neither G3F nor G8F there and hence cannot uninstall them via that. I searched the forum here, Google and Yourtube and did not find an answer as to how to uninstall them.
Could someone out there please assist me? I would very much appreciate it.

In DIm, have you looked for "Genesis 3 Starter Essentials" and "Genesis 8 Starter Essentials"? Alternately, you can look for SKU:21630 and SKU:42071
I did find the essentials but ... are you saying I need to uninstall all the essentials just to get the females?
The Genesis figures are part of the Starter Essentials packs, you can't split them up.
Okay. Thanks you two.
Duplicate Formulas means there are two links between a property named X and a property named Y. If you load the figure and then go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File, then scroll to the end and use a search to look backwards for Duplicate you should find the name of at least one of the files involved. Please post the line(s) found that way, from a single load, here.
Aaaaaaaah HA! The log tells me it is being caused by some third party body morphs I purchased over at Rendo. Not sure how much of this you need. There are a LOT of lines pertaining to "duplicate" so I'm attaching a notepad file that has the lines pertaining to "duplicate" with today's date. There are other lines above - I didn't include - that pertain to things that could not be found.
Thanks for your help RH.
OK, so you probably need to contact the renderosity vendor next. it could be a conflict between two products, rather than a fault in this one per se, but if they modify their morph name (for example, by adding their initials) they should be able to resolve it.
Okay RH. Will do. Thank you very much for your kind assistance as always!
Okay. I traced down the offending 3rd party product and contacted the vendor. After a few days without hearing back from them with a fix I deleted the data folder that contained that product and the problem has been resolved.
Thanks for your kind assistance once again RH!
makes me wonder if others with this addon are having similar issues. Glad you got it resolved.
What I usually do is look inside the zip I used to to install the product then go into my Daz Studio library and find all those folders and jetison them :P.

Yeah. I'm thinking I may as well get rid of ALL the files Laurie. No point in having some of them cluttering my library if I can't use the product.
My thoughts exactly. I've got enough stuff in my library as it is :P
