Victoria 8 for Free?

I bought the Daz dog 8 plus

I did not recieve Victoria 8 for free..

How am I suppose to get her for free?

    You needed to add her to the cart in a single purchase with the DAZ Dog 8 to get her free. However it is probably worth raising a Customer Services request to explain that you did not understand that you had to do this (show them a screenshot of your cart or at least reference the order number) and they will probably add Victoria 8 to your product library for you - they tend to be very good like that.

    Hi MelanieL! Thank you! I will do that...I thought that she would show up in my product library after purchasing the dog items. But she is not there. I will contact support with my oder number.
