Purchased file won't load

I purchased this file https://www.daz3d.com/latex-full-body-sack and only the woman loads. The looks like it loads and even has a bounding box but cannot see model. Any ideas what it may be?

What version of Poser are you using this in.
This product only contains Poser files.and a poser installer.
If you have it selected and look in the Surfaces pane, in the Editor tab, are there any entries under the model name? If you go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File just after loading the model, and scroll right to the end, are there any errors relating to the model?
Thank you for the replies. I'm using DAZ Studio 4.10 Pro. I'm new to this platform so didn't understand the difference between poser and DAZ.
There is nothing in the surfaces pane when I select the model.
