Splitting HD morphs?

Is there any, I mean ANY possibility to be able to split HD morphs within Daz?

    Sadly no, as far as I know only standard definition morphs can be created.

    Is there any technical reason behind that or is it just to keep HD morphs exclusive for Daz.

    Due to their being exclusive to Daz; a morph can be split, no matter what resolution it is at - providing one has the tools.
