DAZ3D Won't export geometry for Poser Companion Files?

I don't understand why this isn't working because it worked for one product but not the other from the same person...

and I probably worded this wrong, I don't know how this stuff works. I just know it ISN'T working.

So, the product: a top, and a bottom, for genesis 2.  But they're two separate files and purchased separately. They're for DAZ but I wanted to try to use them in Poser anyway since most of the time it works. Most of the time.

I created a poser companion file for both the top and the bottom, the same way. The top works. It loads, it has morphs, it conforms to the figure.

The bottom does not. It says it is loading. Then it says 'done', and the product does not physically show up. It shows it in the menu as being loaded, and I can click on it, and it shows me morphs that have been loaded for it. I go to the material room and see that the MATs are loaded for it and are there. I load different MATs for it, I apply materials that can be applied to anything hoping it would show up, but it just doesn't. I don't understand why the geometry just doesn't exist. I don't even get an error, its' just invisible...

Is this fixable at all?

edit:

okay, I found them, and I don't know why they are doing this. The bottoms are loading with geometry, but NOT to the character. So how do I fix that, other than just using th 'conform to' button? because they aren't conforming correctly since they won't load hehr shapes and all

It may be the way the model is grouped - Poser is fussier about grouping, al of the mesh must be assigned to groups that match bones. If, in DS, you switch to the Geometry Editor tool and in the Tool Settings pane click the eye icon next to each bone name (but not any groups that don't match bones in the figure) is any geometry left visible?
