Studio 4.10pro 64bit crashing on startup

[Studio 4.10pro 64bit crashing on startup] So like the title says when i start the program it loads up and then stops responding instantlly i have looked about but cannot find a reason as to why
PC Specs
AMD Ryzen 5 1600x 6core 3.60ghz
16GB ram
2X Nvidia GTX1050TI 4GB
MSI Gameing Plus X370 mobo
600GB ssd (installed to)
6TB in extra drive space
problly more than is needed to know i have also atatched the log file

Do you get a crash dialogue?
nope i just click the icon, it loads all the bits shows the iray logo, then i can see the menu bar hide and it stops responding
So there's an unresponsive window? How lng have you left it?
i did try for 30 mins the other day
been sitting like this for nearlly a hour now
