Improving on the popular Seraphim wings for Genesis 3, these new wings for Genesis 8 Female are now Geografted directly onto the body for the most realistic look of any wing set currently in the store. The torso surface area on the wings allows you to copy on ANY material setting seamlessly from any character you wish to use for Genesis 8 Female. A custom “sleeve” figure will hide and blend the seam between any torso material and the wing textures.
Extra bones in the wings now allow for more flexibility for artistic posing while still keeping the structural accuracy of real wings.

Many interesting poses and colours
I really like these wings, especially the firey/ember textures. Took me a bit longer to get a render out because I just picked up Anagenessis and was experimenting and having some issues getting the textures to match the geograft (user error, not the product, but if anyone is trying it, the issue I was having is that some NGS surface settings are out of the standard ranges), but I like the end results for the wings and the transition to the skin.

Nice picture...glad you got the issues worked out.
I wished there was a way to get a one step solution for the zone that matches the skin, but there are so many different material set-ups out there, the best I could do was make it a seperate zone so that the different sharer setups can be used.

I just got this and the wings are wonderful! Oddly, there is no documentation whatsoever. I installed with DIM, and looking thru Installed Files I cannot locate anything. Most aspects were easy to understand, but the extra blending prop is what I am not quite figuring out how to use.
The documentations "should" read as:
"After applying the wings to Genesis 8 female, you should then select the wings in the scene tab and then apply the “Seraphim 02Feather Sleeve” figure to the wing.
Then select you material choices through the Iray or 3Delight folders.
After you have decided on your Genesis 8 Female material settings you can copy the Torso materials from Genesis 8 to the Torso section of the wings for seamless blending"
I am going to re-install the file, perhaps there was corruption on the installation.
I discovered that since I was using geo-shell based clothing I was unknowingly getting a geo-shell formed around the wings, also. My knowledge of geo-shells has increased substantially while making this render. I thought the bloom setting was causing the ghost-outline of the wings, which I reduced in a paint program. However, it was the extended geoshell, which I have learned how to make invisible. I have increased the luminence of the wings' emissions.
