Character Randomizer for Genesis 3?
in The Commons
Is there one? I would have sworn there was a product that radomized the facial morphs.
The only thing I found were the old character randomizers by 3D universe and that product line seems to have staopped after V4 era.
Maybe I'm confusing the Expression Randomizer

There was a Randomize All Morphs for Any Figure Ever product by SimTenero: https://www.daz3d.com/simtenero-randomizer
That must be it! Thank you so very much!!!!!
This is a must have plugin IMO. I use it often and it gives great results. here is the commercial thread and there are some examples and a link to the Art Studio thread with more examples.

I second that. If nothing else, it usually produces a great starting off point that you can then refine. I use it a lot.

Yeah, I migt have to buy this at full price.
I need a ton of characters and even facegen would take too long.
And when I dial up myself, I steer towards my favorite looks.
The hard part is knowing which morphs from your library to select in the randomizer for the best results.
Well that would explain the rendom part, LOL There is an option for the app to use random select morphs and not all of them. I usually setup a front and side viewport of the face. then turn on iray preview and then select till i find something I like. I always have to tweak it a bit more, but I like the base results quite a bit usually.
I would also advise keeping the range at a somewhat low percentage too (I use about 20% or lower), because using higher percentages can get weird results....unless that's what you want. LOL

Yeah, I was holding my tongue (and post button) over my initial results.
Takes a lot to set up, but it looks like once you get it good, you can tune in to a sweet spot.
Here's three random heads at a range of 15%. If they look at all alike it's because they're all wearing Edward's skin ;) I didn't touch any of them...they're as they came out of the randomizer. Me being me, I'd refine them, but they aren't bad at all as they are.

Facegen has its own randomizer option, but if you find the process of exporting to dsf format a bit tedious, I can see why you'd want an alternative.
This is my number one product for Daz ever. Seriously, this product plus skin builder and enough morphs and you can do anything you want. Plus, it works on other stuff like animals and even hair (with mixed results lol) anything morphable can be randomized.
