How to fix the blank thumbnails ?

Hi,

Some products get the default thumbnail I would like to know how to replace it please.

The product thumbnails were replaced in Runtime/Support and I did Update Metadata in Daz Studio but it's still the default thumbnail.

    Those thumbnails are in \data\cloud\meta, though if you chnage them and update metadata I think the new version will be overwritten.
