Can you identify this old A3 outfit that I used 10 years ago?

I wanted to restart my webcomic with a new storyline and stuff but I can't seem to locate this one outfit. Can anyone help me out? Or should I also Update Alexis's wardrobe to something similar yet prettier? If I could find it I could transition her into a new outfit. All the characters will be Genesis 1 for compatibility with my massive older wardrobe. Oh and maybe that hair too. If you could tell me what hair I used I would be ever so grateful
